I had a very social childhood.
As an introvert this often felt very overwhelming to me, to be around lots of people a lot of the time – on the bus to school, at horse activities on weekends and large gatherings of friends but it was also exciting and fun – so it was confusing…did I like it… or did I not?
And actually, liking or not liking was irrelevant because when you live 30 km from town and your neighbors are kilometers away, people don’t just pop over for a visit or a quick bite together, every occasion was a celebration and involved tens of people… up to hundreds and that was just what you did if you wanted to connect with people.
So confusion was a state I found myself in often (albeit not necessarily articulated)… and it became a pattern of my life that became like a warm blanket, until I realized otherwise..
Confusion is defined as “uncertainty about what is happening, intended, or required”… which describes childhood AND our modern life reasonably aptly.
Our external world invites us to live in a heightened state of confusion constantly.
Should I do this?
Whos’ advices should I be taking?
What is appropriate here and now?
What’s happening?
And what if it’s become a very effective weapon to be used against ourselves to keep us safe in the version of our life we have accepted.
What if confusion, as a state, has been coded in order that we stay stuck or trapped and separated from the innate knowledge and wisdom that we have.
If you believe and understand you are innately worthy and of value and have #alltheanwers within – confusion simply cannot exist, because you have pure certainty about what is happening, intended or required – you are tuned into the guidance within and you are taking action accordingly.
Confusion can only reign when you are believing the outside world more than your inner knowing and then, confusion becomes an expression or state of being out of alignment or integrity.. You feel the dissonance between what is true inside of you and what you are being shown or told outside of you and then it keeps you from acting.
Confusion is a tool that the ego uses to keep you disempowered, feeling insecure and overwhelmed.
The antidote to confusion is to cultivate trust in your inner wise woman or man and to be in the world from a place of pure connection and knowing. Heightened states of awareness and deep understanding of yourself will help to overcome confusion and if you need support to clear any blocks you might have I’ve created this FREE Energy Reading & Healing HERE
