To witness someone in the deep truth of vulnerability is the greatest gift to behold.
To remain open-hearted, compassionate and with full love, as the human before you crumbles in the illusion of their body or story, is a precious act that creates a ripple in the universe bigger than any action of ‘real world’ work could ever create.
More than a mere pebble in a lake, it becomes a boulder in a pond.
We live, so often, in a delusion of control. But the truth is, we have no control, despite what we believe and are conditioned – and in handing it over, we think we give up so much – but, in truth, we regain life – and more importantly, peace and the capacity to truly contribute.
Pride and ego so often get in the way of humility and vulnerability and yet, we need both, to live in the fullest expression of ourselves.
We strive to ‘get rid of’ the things we judge as ‘bad’ and yet, when integrated effectively, they become our super powers.

The irony of our human experience.
To weep for the parts of ourselves we have denied is to liberate the energy of that suppression and enable it to become a force, in the world, undeniable.
To bow to our own magnificence requires ego, surrendered in humility to claim our true power – not over, but within.
What could we co create if we all realised, we are not on this planet, but of it.
How would your life be transformed if you had a witness to your soul?
Who would you unbecome to be reborn?
